I bought a new JX35 yesterday and Richard Ball and Dragan Cvorovic were great to deal with. It was the best car buying experience. I would highly recommend Richard Ball. He as very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the new car when we took delivery. I look forward to working with Richard again when I am in the market for my next Infiniti M series. More

Enjoyed the no pressure sales approach. Dealership allowed my family the time and space to discuss and make a decision. Sales staff was extremely fair on our trade in price and overall negotiation pro allowed my family the time and space to discuss and make a decision. Sales staff was extremely fair on our trade in price and overall negotiation process. Do your homework prior and have the facts and process goes faster. I was in and out in under 2 hours total. We have had the QX56 for only a few days but it is Awesome!! We tested the Sequoia, Navigator, Range Rover Sport, Landcruiser and Lexus LX470 and the QX56 was the best Value (price options, appearance) for a Luxury SUV. This coming from a Loyal Toyota and Lexus person. First tank of gas AVG 14.5 MPG with nearly no highway travel. More
