I took my car in for its 6 month check up and was met by Mr. Gary Phillips, with whom I had made my appointment. Gary directed me inside and said that someone would meet with me within a few minutes. Mr. Drake Alexander met me and asked me what I was bringing my Honda CRV in for and I replied a routine service check. The service check started on time. After about an hour, Drake called me over and in private, which I appreciated, he explained that the oils needed changing out, and the tires were getting rotten and should be changed out. I appreciated the attention to detail communicated to me by Drake and I gave the "go ahead" for the extra work to be done, new tires to be mounted and wheels re-balanced. I was not in a hurry so I did not mind the 2 plus hours I spent at the dealership. There was good coffee and creamer to keep me going. Drake also gave me a coupon discount on the total bill, which I appreciate. Thank you. More
