Drake Alexander is an awesome service representative at Crown Honda.....I came in to the service department because my car was hesitating to start. He had my car diagnosed in a very short time and informe Crown Honda.....I came in to the service department because my car was hesitating to start. He had my car diagnosed in a very short time and informed me that I needed a new battery. As was getting comfortable he was informing me that my car was done and I was out the door!!!! And by the way, this was on a Saturday afternoon when the technicians are working with half of their staff. More

I was not impressed when I purchased my Civic here in 2015 because of the crappy customer service I experienced. However, I am extremely pleased with my most recent experience there. I took my car in for 2015 because of the crappy customer service I experienced. However, I am extremely pleased with my most recent experience there. I took my car in for maintenance and a few other issues, and Drake Alexander was assigned as my representative. He could not have been more courteous, friendly, or respectful. He listened to what I said and explained everything thoroughly. Most importantly, he actually cared when I was upset about the cost and explained my personal situation. Not only did he take my concerns to his manager, but he also went into work the next day (which was his day off) to do so. And then called me to let me know what the final bill would be. I was extremely grateful that he was able to get my bill down $300 less, so it wasn’t as much of a hardship for me. Because of his actions, my opinion of the dealership has completely changed. (The other people I came into contact with while there were just as pleasant and that truly makes a difference.) I am extremely grateful that Drake took the time to listen to my concerns and then did what he could to help. I will never forget his kindness and most definitely will return to Crown Honda in the future! More

I took my car in for its 6 month check up and was met by Mr. Gary Phillips, with whom I had made my appointment. Gary directed me inside and said that someone would meet with me within a few minutes. Mr. Dr Mr. Gary Phillips, with whom I had made my appointment. Gary directed me inside and said that someone would meet with me within a few minutes. Mr. Drake Alexander met me and asked me what I was bringing my Honda CRV in for and I replied a routine service check. The service check started on time. After about an hour, Drake called me over and in private, which I appreciated, he explained that the oils needed changing out, and the tires were getting rotten and should be changed out. I appreciated the attention to detail communicated to me by Drake and I gave the "go ahead" for the extra work to be done, new tires to be mounted and wheels re-balanced. I was not in a hurry so I did not mind the 2 plus hours I spent at the dealership. There was good coffee and creamer to keep me going. Drake also gave me a coupon discount on the total bill, which I appreciate. Thank you. More
