During the past month I bought a new vehicle and my daughter a used SUV from Kia Autosport Pensacola. On both occasions the experience with the salesperson (Drake) and manager were excellent and deser daughter a used SUV from Kia Autosport Pensacola. On both occasions the experience with the salesperson (Drake) and manager were excellent and deserved a 5-star rating. However, our experience with the finance officer reduced the rating in half. First, having to wait several hours to see the finance officer drains you and that leads to rushing through the finance process and buying things you did not want or paying more than you thought. My daughter ended up getting an emergency road bag for $250, and an extended warranty that she believed was $1700, turned out to be $750 more. In my case, the sales manager quoted me an interest rate of 4.74, but the finance officer raised to 4.99. Not sure why, but the response was that's the rate. The difference was so small that I did not want to spend more time there arguing. Regardless, when you get a deal from sales, make sure it stays the same when you deal with the finance officer. I recommend this dealer but be very aware when you review your contract with the finance officer. More

I was truly disappointed on my experience today. I was looking to trade my car in while a friends car was getting serviced and no one helped me. I was not greeted when I walked in and no one came to check looking to trade my car in while a friends car was getting serviced and no one helped me. I was not greeted when I walked in and no one came to check on me as I looked at cars. The staff did not seem to care and a young male standing in the front ignored me. I will never come looking for a car from here ever again. More

The words NO or We are not able to do that were never in his vocabulary or attitude.He always mantained a very possitive can do personality. He made certain we were very comfortable and understood everything that was taking place,answered every question we had or found an answer for us. And finally made certain that we were Very Happy with what we were purchasing. He has gone above and beyond from driving to Georgia to pick up our vehicle and deliver it on a Sunday to working with us on getting in to have things fixed or upgraded on the car after it had already been brought home. We were very lucky to have met Drake and have his professional assistance with our new car purchase and I would HIGHLY Recomend him to EVERYONE else out there looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Fantastic dealership I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. They are NOT pushy. The first vehicle was a Kia Forte (I don't remember the gentleman who sold that I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. They are NOT pushy. The first vehicle was a Kia Forte (I don't remember the gentleman who sold that one). I took the Forte in for an oil change and met Drake, he was a fantastic salesman who worked hard to get us in our Sorrento. I cameven backnow in back in July of 16 and Drake let me drive an Optima, loved it but we couldn't work anything out then. I had to take the Sorrento in for another oil change and asked Drake to try to see what he could do, he and the finance department worked extremely hard for me and I bought the Optima, the first vehicle I have ever bought on my own. Love my car and have already referred a friend to this dealership and to ask for Drake for help. Thank you Drake and Kia AUTOSPORT! More

Stay Away! Beware! the salesman and financial office focuses on the monthly payments but not on the actual price of the car. When I asked the financial guy is there any additional cost for the service plans he told me no. but there is a total of over 3,000$ in additional costs. The salesman are very pushy and continuously ask you to buy the car right now. I asked for numbers on the price of the car car and so I could think about the numbers and come back the next day they told me no I cant do that! Not customer friendly! if you already bought a car I recommend looking at the numbers again and comparing to the MSRP. Not to mention the New car I bought also had a broken window washer motor that need to be replaced right after I bought the car. More
