Fantastic dealership I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. They are NOT pushy. The first vehicle was a Kia Forte (I don't remember the gentleman who sold that I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. They are NOT pushy. The first vehicle was a Kia Forte (I don't remember the gentleman who sold that one). I took the Forte in for an oil change and met Drake, he was a fantastic salesman who worked hard to get us in our Sorrento. I cameven backnow in back in July of 16 and Drake let me drive an Optima, loved it but we couldn't work anything out then. I had to take the Sorrento in for another oil change and asked Drake to try to see what he could do, he and the finance department worked extremely hard for me and I bought the Optima, the first vehicle I have ever bought on my own. Love my car and have already referred a friend to this dealership and to ask for Drake for help. Thank you Drake and Kia AUTOSPORT! More

Stay Away! Beware! the salesman and financial office focuses on the monthly payments but not on the actual price of the car. When I asked the financial guy is there any additional cost for the service plans he told me no. but there is a total of over 3,000$ in additional costs. The salesman are very pushy and continuously ask you to buy the car right now. I asked for numbers on the price of the car car and so I could think about the numbers and come back the next day they told me no I cant do that! Not customer friendly! if you already bought a car I recommend looking at the numbers again and comparing to the MSRP. Not to mention the New car I bought also had a broken window washer motor that need to be replaced right after I bought the car. More

Buying a new KIA I arrived at Kia Autosport of Pensacola expecting to go through a lengthy process of buying a new car. I was pleasantly surprised, there was no high pressure, they were quick and I had completed my purchase in less than 2 hrs. Drake was very helpful expedited the process by getting who ever was needed to speed up the sale. I have not used the service dept yet but I plan to bring my Kia back for all the service. I am sure the service dept is as well managed as the sales dept. More

This is my second Kia. Always had a very good experience with after sales service which is one of the reasons I went back to Kia. Drake was very helpful and easy to work with. Don't buy into the tires for life they wait till 70,000 miles before they replace them. So you have to drive with slick tires for months. We even had one bust because it had wore down so bad.
