However, in the process of getting the car registered the dealership has been uncooperative slow to help and very smooth experience in buying a car. I required 2 additional temporary tags due to the dealerships slow behavior and had not even started the paperwork until I asked a month later. Additionally, they are withholding the registration refund remainder 3months now after purchase and 1 after registration was completed. More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for purchasing a new or used vehicle. I recently purchased a used grand Cherokee and the selling experience was very positive. There was an issue wit purchasing a new or used vehicle. I recently purchased a used grand Cherokee and the selling experience was very positive. There was an issue with the car a few days after I got it. After communicating with the service team I decided to take it to another dealership that was closed to me. Where I was quoted a ridiculous amount, Ourisman of Woodbridge took the car in, offered me a 10% diagnostics fee compared to the other dealership and in the end fixed the issue for free, waving the diagnostics fee as well because the issue was really simple, almost laughable. The kind of empathy the staff in this dealership demonstrate is from another era. I could t be happier with the car and the service, enough of a reason to drive an hour to see them for simple oil changes. More

I went to oursiman CDJR just to look for a jeep. I like the fact that I was not bimbarded when I pulled into the parking lot. The process took a little longer than I wanted but everyone was extremely professional. When I pointed out headlights were two different bulbs they said they would correct it the next day.
