I spent two years seeking the Stinger. I spent hours at several “other” KIA dealerships in the area. I always left defeated and insulted. From the moment I stepped into Wilmington KIA, I knew it would be several “other” KIA dealerships in the area. I always left defeated and insulted. From the moment I stepped into Wilmington KIA, I knew it would be a different car buying experience. Drew Baker made me feel comfortable and didn’t “beat around the bush”. He was honest and a joy to work with. I drove off the lot in my beautiful new Stinger feeling like I got a great deal. Special mention to Tony the manager. Easy, stress free purchase! I was nervous about the purchase of a new car that was so badly needed, because of a subpar credit score. Drew was fantastic, he checked my credit and I was nervous about the purchase of a new car that was so badly needed, because of a subpar credit score. Drew was fantastic, he checked my credit and let me know I would indeed be able to come in and purchase the vehicle I was interested in. Even after a hiccup with my paperwork when I arrived the finance team worked with me and made it possible for me to drive my new car home. I have two kids and a full time job, I did not have time to spend 6 hours in a dealership. KIA of Wilmington had me in and out within 3 hours. The wonderful girl at the front desk even occupied my kids, got them snacks, paper for drawing and their favorite tv show on the tv. Anyone looking to buy a new car check KIA of Wilmington out. Their entire staff has the most excellent customer service. More
