The service was not properly completed, and to make matters worse, the service advisor left the company without anyone notifying me. I was sending her emails with no return. When I called to express my frustration, the gentleman I spoke with showed little to no concern for what I was saying. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will no longer be servicing my car here and will take my business elsewhere. What a pity to lose a client over such poor communication and care. More
