The people are polite and personable. I purchased the Platinum warranty and now see it was a waste of money. My VW Taos has computer issues and can’t be fixed. The issues come & go which I purchased the Platinum warranty and now see it was a waste of money. My VW Taos has computer issues and can’t be fixed. The issues come & go which makes it hard to fix according to service guy. My car died twice in the middle of intersection and I had to quickly put it into park and restart it. Cars were honking at me and I caused a traffic jam. Other issues are happening which began the first week I purchased it in Oct 2023. I will get a lawyer to handle it due to no help from VW More
