My service advisor, Gilbert, acknowledged the oversight and offered me a discount on a new rim, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to follow up to get the pricing after the discount, he stopped answering my calls. I called more than three times with no response. I eventually went to Classic Elite Chevrolet on Highway 6, explained the situation, and they resolved the issue right away and offered me a discount without any hassle. More
