Service department is horrible brought in 2023 Yukon to get alternator replaced they insisted it was the battery even after it had been confirmed by two other shops that it was not. vehicle was under an ex get alternator replaced they insisted it was the battery even after it had been confirmed by two other shops that it was not. vehicle was under an extended warranty, so it didn’t matter the cost however, try to sell me brand new battery for $400. When I tried to speak with the service advisor he never returned my call or text me would never do businesses Classic Chevrolet again for reference I have bought other vehicles from them, but never will do any type of business with them again. Came in for a recall. Caught Drew on his lunch hour. His co-worker set me up and notified Drew.
