Our overall experience was wonderful and Drew was as excited as we were to see the A5 Convertible that we built. When I walked in to Biener Audi I knew I was going to purchase my brand new A8L from this establishment. The place was very clean and the people I encountered were eager to help me. My first impression from Mr. Andrew Russo, my salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After my purchase I was greeted by Mr.Rich Pizzo whom assured me I made the right decision with my brand new A8L in which I am. I was walked through the service area and I may ad, it was clean and the service people went out of their way to accommodate me. I have kept in touch with Mr. Russo for the past couple of months in regards to my first service and Mr. Russo has always followed through with his word.
