I just leased another Audi Q5 from Biener Audi. Drew Russo was the salesman who I worked with 3 years ago and I worked with him again for this new lease. He was and remains friendly, caring, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Drew clearly knows the brand and its vehicles well. Most importantly, he was trustworthy and responsive. We negotiated a fair lease price and the car was ready at my convenience. I highly recommend Biener Audi and Mr. Russo. More

Audi's are a phenomenal vehicles but at Biener Audi they offer phenomenal service along side of the vehicle. Last year I worked with Drew Russo for a loaded 2012 Q7 Sline and he did me right. This ye they offer phenomenal service along side of the vehicle. Last year I worked with Drew Russo for a loaded 2012 Q7 Sline and he did me right. This year I ventured to Biener for a 2013 S6. I sought Drew to assist me with this purchase and today I am driving a Estoril Blue S6. Drew has been a delight to deal, the service he provides is top notch. Hopefully in the near future I will have the pleasure dealing with him again on another audi..........S3?? More

Biener is great! Had a wonderful experience working with them on my new A5. I did my research online on the various Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. But I figured I would try the closest one to me fi them on my new A5. I did my research online on the various Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. But I figured I would try the closest one to me first. I made contact with Drew Russo via email after reading all the positive reviews about him on DealerRater. The reviews were spot-on! Drew is an awesome guy and a true professional, very easy to deal with. I had already done my research on pricing so I knew what was a fair price beforehand. All it took was a few emails back and forth and we had a deal! Went to the dealership on the following Monday to sign some of the paperwork. Everything was as discussed, no hidden fees, etc. I even got a great deal on my trade-in. Initially we were planning to do a factory order but Drew found the car I wanted that had some extra options. Instead of having me pay for the extras they threw them all in! So now I didn't have to wait a couple of months for the car and I got a car with some nice extra options at no extra cost. Next I worked with George Mengisopoulos from the finance dept. We went over all the details of the lease. It was a real pleasure working with George. Delivery day went super smooth. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and Drew took the time to go over all the new features in the new car. I highly recommend Biener Audi if you're looking for an Audi. Look for Drew, he will take care you! Thank you Drew, George, and everyone at Biener for the outstanding service. I'll be back for my next Audi. Love my new A5! More

I had a terrible experience at my local dealership in westchester. Their policies were not making sense, and would not accomodate my needs. I found Biener Audi online. I had a walk-in appt. I was recommended to see Drew by a friend of mine and I am recommending him to anyone who wants an Audi. He was very helpful and put no pressure on my first visit.
