i have been a James Wood customer for 25 years for a reason, the people. this is my tenth vehicle from James wood i was most displeased with the financing this time, never before. i was quoted 5.9% int reason, the people. this is my tenth vehicle from James wood i was most displeased with the financing this time, never before. i was quoted 5.9% interest and when asked how i was paying for this i said GMAC (long time customer) by the time i got done it was 6.92% and Wells Fargo. what was my GM discount worth? nothing at this interest rate. I had a serendipitous experience! Drew Ward my sales man was thorough, precise, and amazing. I told him what my criteria was and he pulled several options. We tests drove them. I picked my favorite one and he got me in and out of there. I did not have a very long wait time for finance. Finance was extremely helpful and explained all my options fully. I'm beyond happy with my Buick and impressed with James Woods. More
