Great sales staff! I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq and had the privilege of working with a salesperson named "Buddy Lee" and Mikah (who was being trained by Bu I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq and had the privilege of working with a salesperson named "Buddy Lee" and Mikah (who was being trained by Buddy). Buddy listened to me when I explained what I wanted, and helped me narrow down some choices. He took adequate time for me to test drive the vehicles I was considering, and he explained the features of each vehicle. He informed me about the vehicle features and the warranties offered for used vs. new. He was not pushy at all and it was not stressful working with him. In fact, although our interaction was fairly short in the scheme of things, I felt like the 3 of us actually became friends in some small way. We even added each other on Facebook! Buddy was the main person passing on information, but Mikah was super personable and receptive to learning. He had a great personality and, I think, potential. I believe he will be even more of an asset to the dealership soon. I worked with Addison in management and he was also very friendly and helped negotiate a fair price for me. He even had to work out getting the vehicle I wanted from another location. I worked with Dshon for financing, and found him pleasant as well. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful. Even the cashier was nice. I don't remember her name, but she told me to celebrate the purchase of getting a new vehicle, and was so genuine in her excitement for me. As a matter of fact, all the people I came into contact with at the dealership were nice. The environment there is not what most dealerships have. Overall the entire sales staff was professional, personable, and as fair as possible. It's not what I expect when I think about buying a car, but it was refreshing. I had a very positive experience there and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. By the way, I love the car! I recommend the Hyundai Ioniq for sure! More

I was impressed with his knowledge of our vehicle and the attention he gave us during the 2 hrs we were there. After purchase he took the time to help me set my phone up with the Santa Fe system. Showed me how to send texts etc. I’ll never remember all the things he told me, lol. Financing( Dshon) went the extra mile by finding us a super low rate, lower than what Capital one was going to give us. I’m great fun for all the Larry Miller team did for us. Thank you More
