My first rating to this dealership was a bit premature as I gave a 5 star the day of purchase. After discovering a few misleading and inaccurate details given to me, which caused me a long-distance trip to g I gave a 5 star the day of purchase. After discovering a few misleading and inaccurate details given to me, which caused me a long-distance trip to go back to the dealership the next day along with the fact that make-ready failed to put air in my tires (i drove out with 25 lbs in front, and 24 lbs in rear and when i got home my low tire warning came on, another inconvenience that i had to go to another auto store to get air), I have reduced my initial 5-star rating to 3-star. I also have to go back a third time to get door guards placed on my SUV which were missing from the additional $2000 aftermarket price paid. Though my issues were resolved, they cost me time, fuel expense, and inconvenience. I live 35 miles from this dealership. The GM never came over to introduce himself (which i felt was odd, considering i am a long-time loyal Ford customer) and GM’s at other dealerships always made a point to welcome me. I was never asked if I would like any coffee or water, and I was the one that, after an hour outside looking at new cars, had to ask for water. These are things this dealership could improve on. This survey did not have the name of the Finance Manager in the section below to “Rate each person I worked with”. His name is Vince Brown. I found him to be very professional. He deserves a 5-star rating for his work ethics and customer service. More

I have purchased the only vehicle I will ever purchase from Mac Haik. It was a used vehicle granted but I made a point on a deal breaker, two sets of keys, item to the sales person and not until after the from Mac Haik. It was a used vehicle granted but I made a point on a deal breaker, two sets of keys, item to the sales person and not until after the financial part, the most pleasant part of the transaction, was done was I told that there was only one. Then after the vehicle had been inspected and “cleaned” I had to point out that the spare tire and tools were missing. These two items were resolved after much insistence on my part and going about the sales person and his manager. After driving the vehicle for a short time I have discovered that the vehicle is almost due for an oil change, the tires were under inflated and other fluid levels were very low. If I were running used vehicles through a dealership I was part of I believe I would make sure that all service was current and every fluid was topped off before the vehicle ever found it’s way on to my lot, otherwise I could not in good confidence offer a vehicle for sale. I knew that Mac Haik was a major corporate dealership and this proves that all they are concerned with is running vehicles and people through as fast as they can and for as much as they can with no regard to customer service.
