In early 2020, Genthe Chevrolet was the only dealership willing to work with me with the credit score I had at the time. Duane Hess was the salesman and he went out of his way to treat me as if I were mor willing to work with me with the credit score I had at the time. Duane Hess was the salesman and he went out of his way to treat me as if I were more than just a credit score. He got me a three year least on a Trax with a payment I could afford. Just recently I contacted him because my lease would be expiring soon. Of course, I wanted to go back to the same salesman who made the experience pleasant the last time. He asked me what I was looking for and what I could afford, and although my new payment is more than I wanted it to be, that's the nature of interest rates. I now have a 2023 vehicle with many options I hadn't expected, and Duane is always available to answer questions, and I had the car only 24 hours after we initially discussed the my lease-end options. I will go back to him when this lease expires as well, kindness and good service is something that just isn't as prevalent as it used to be. I very much recommend Duane! More
