I worked with Duane in 2017 when I was looking to lease my 2017 Traverse and he left a lasting impression working out a great, affordable deal for me and made sure it was all that I needed in a vehicle. He went above and beyond my expectations. He also helped my sister, mom, and dad get great deals on their current leases. When my lease was up this month, my first call was to Duane. Duane is patient and has done everything possible to make sure I had the best deal possible on my new lease. Duane is not pushy when it comes to making a deal and is honest, two qualities that I highly respect in a person and salesperson. I inquired with other local dealerships (both Chevy and Ford) to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and the competition wasn’t even close and one actually told me they couldn’t touch the quotes that Duane had given me. Duane always has been flexible with my schedule as it is constantly changing and makes the accommodations necessary to help me out. Dick Genthe Chevy is the best dealership around the metro Detroit area without a doubt and I would highly suggest Duane for all your sales needs! More
