Easy and painless My husband and I went in to this dealership for the first time because our normal dealership was closed. We spoke with Duane at the door and explained we wanted to trade in a little early and get into something that can accommodate our new baby. Duane presented us with a few different options within our price range and before I knew it we were signing paperwork. Elijah was super quick and prepared which made the signing process a breeze and not lengthy like usual. In the end, I love that Duane didn't try to just put me into a car I wasn't crazy about and he took my preferences and got me into a vehicle above my expectations. My Husband and I had a great experience and we will officially make this our new dealership. More

Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said “it’s not my car” in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn’t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it! More
