Get it writing ✍️We owe U form I leased a 2018 , Outback with a promise from sales person Dirk Pedrix upon my return for “Love - Encore” I would receive a courtesy fill up & a Suba I leased a 2018 , Outback with a promise from sales person Dirk Pedrix upon my return for “Love - Encore” I would receive a courtesy fill up & a Subaru key chain. When Ipicked up the car the display area was closed. I took the after sale survey & even opt not to have animosity. No one from the dealership ever contacted me after the lease. Four wks later the plates have not arrived at my house. For some reason they were at the dealership. A few days later I scheduled my “Love Encore” which is suppose to happen about 2wks of possession. I should also note Subaru of America sent an email confirming I had already had “Love Encore”, to which I replied no. Today, August 3,2018 while doing “Love Encore” I inquired about the courtesy fill up & key chain. I was told I wouldn’t receive either since Pembroke Pines Subaru had not received a perfect score on the survey. This was NOT told to me up front. Since this hearsay was suppose to have come from the sales Mgr Duane Massa why even bother to resolve the issue with the dealership. I got home and called Subaru of America and officially lodged a complaint. They noted it & will be sending me a “thank you” gift, more than the cost of a tank of fuel & key chain. I did call who I believe was Duane ( I asked to speak to the Sales Manger). I was informed the dealership lost money on my deal & anything owed to the customer is written out on a form We Owe/You Owe. Right like the consumer would know that information. Gone are the days of a man’s word or a hand shake for agreement. I want to publicly thank Subaru of America for making this right!!! Sincerely, Derek Hall More

Racially Profiled and Robbed without a Gun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a car in May. I put an initial $3000 down and then was asked to put down an additional $4800 to sweeten the deal with the bank. I wrote I purchased a car in May. I put an initial $3000 down and then was asked to put down an additional $4800 to sweeten the deal with the bank. I wrote a check for the $4800 which the finance manager Jaime Gaitan said he couldn't find my business on sunbiz so he couldn't except my check. I pulled up sunbiz and showed him and then printed it out. He still refused it, was rude and condescending and said"if you have the money in the bank it shouldn't be a problem to go get it" This was a true statement and wouldn't be an issue if he didn't have the white couple that also bought a car that day $5000 check on his desk.He profiled me and treated me with such disrespect assuming that I didn't have the money because of the color of my skin. Needless to say, I went to the bank of America across the parking lot and got hi $4800 cash! This was the first insult of a long list suffered by this racist and rude dealership. After having the car I called because sometime had passed and I was told to make my first payment to the dealership which I did. Fast forward to August when I got a call saying they could get the car financed and to bring it back. I went to the dealership and said fine just refund the money for the down and the payment and I would be on my way. I was then told by a very very very NASTY Manager Duane Massa that they were charging me $7245 for mileage and use of the car but to be fair he would give me back $3000 on my debit card but they were keeping $4800 and the $503 first months payment. When I strongly objected and stated the fact on how I had interviewed with the bank and called them repeatedly he implied that he was the God of the dealership and I would take it or nothing. After some back and forth he called the police to have me removed. The police came and told them that he would not remove me and that they should refund me my money. The officer was so kind and told me since it was a civil case he couldn't make them do anything but he wrote me a police report and advised me to seek a lawyer and take them to court. That day they were to credit my debit card back $3000 and send me a check for $1400 which to this day I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER. Every time I call to follow up I get the run around. Needless to say now not only am I out of over $8000 I also have legal fees to get back money that is mine. The salesman was wonderful but the Management is the worst I ever encountered. The feeling that you get from being profiled and treated unjustly is a feeling that I would not wish on my enemy , and to get this treatment while spending hard earned money (that was more than a months salary) is a tragedy. I will never buy anything Subaru or from The Zinn Group and neither will my over 2500 associates and followers More

Lazy and Rip-Off Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but they told me they do such sales all the time. Dealership tried to charge $1155 for increased doc/Proc fees, some buried in a "Government Fees" line. Double charged me for Utah registration, but it took five days for them to find the errors, admit and correct them. That is on Duane Massa, the lazy and incompetent Sales Director. THEN Igor disclosed a defect on the door glass (thank you). I could not trust these people to risk flying in from Utah to see the car. Canceled the sale. Responding to the automated email invitation from the General Sales Manager (not written by him) confirmed my impression that this is the epitome of the type of dealership we all fear. I let Vladimir Keslin know of my concerns about how the dealership conducted this sale. POORLY WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!, he dismissed my problems and defended his employees. Not all sales go like this, I know, but mine did. Be careful with these folks. More
