Sales rep Duane was very professional! The dealership otherwise, did not want to come off the price at all which is somewhat understandable due to the market. However there was a $2995 extra fee that was completely not disclosed on the listed openly in the advertising sale price and could not be taken off! (Window tint, LoJack, scratch guards, and nitrogen tire fill) This fee was not clearly defined but in small print defined as dealer added option, only once you talk to a sales rep or sit down to talk numbers, is when you find out about it. Super frustrating! Overall we got what we wanted, but had to pay about $2500 more than we would’ve liked More
