My uncle and I really enjoyed our time with Mr. Duane May at Pat Lobb's Toyota. We were struggling with deciding haven been approved for 11% APR for 6 yrs on a certified pre-owned vehicle. Mr. May took time at Pat Lobb's Toyota. We were struggling with deciding haven been approved for 11% APR for 6 yrs on a certified pre-owned vehicle. Mr. May took time to listen to us and understood our concerns. He was able to help us get a brand new vehicle for 1.9% and for 5years! We had all the options we wanted and would also save money, on a long-run, on a car with a much better value. We appreciate that he did not pressure us into deciding but he listened to us and worked with us. This is very rare amongst dealers. We could not have made a better decision on our own without the guidance of Mr. Duane may. Thank you very much! More

Found the truck I wanted online. Duane May met us in parking lot, showed us the truck, went inside to experience a very smooth process. Finance guy was quick and to the point.
