Excellent buying experience I found the RAV4 that I wanted online and filled out the online information request and was contacted by Duane May within 2 hours which was before the I found the RAV4 that I wanted online and filled out the online information request and was contacted by Duane May within 2 hours which was before the dealership opened. I made an appointment with him over email for 2 hours later. When I arrived at the dealership, we came up immediately and I noticed that he was very relaxed and professional. He already had the car waiting for me to view and test drive. I really loved the fact that he actually explained many of the features before my test drive. Sam in finance was very fast and efficient. It took only 10 minutes to complete all the paperwork and get the keys. I was introduced to the General Manager who thanked me for purchasing from the dealership. Overall, a great experience for me. I would highly recommend Pat Lobb to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Amazing Experience Diane and Ariel were already waiting for me along with the prospect car when I arrived at the dealership. From there is was a fantastic turn of events because I just went to see it and I ended up buying it 😊 Dam (loan department) was fantastic and made it all happened. I like very much how approachable and friendly the all were, and very professional.I've worked in customer service for 11 years, I know I good service when I experience one. Best part is when all was set and done and I called my daughter to come and pick me up and give her the surprise, they all came out to surprise her and the car all serviced on and perfect for the reveal.
