My experience with Kisselback Ford was a great one. My father and I shopped around what seemed like every dealership in Central Florida to find a good deal on a used car. They were straight and to the point with pricing, financing, and even went the extra step to try to find rebates that might apply. Tiffany and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with, and we left with a new car and feeling confident that we made the right decision on where and what we purchased! Also, the whole dealership came out to congratulate us as I drove away--great customer service! More

the best car buying experience i have ever had. They went over and above to get me in a vehicle that fit my needs and far surpassed my expectations from the sales person to her manager to the financing. I came in late and the whole process took them into past normal business hours but i never felt that it was a problem they were there to get me in the vehicle i wanted with a great attitude. My credit was an isuue and knew financing would be a hurdle but they got me a great deal and never made me feel like there was any issues at all. Can't say enough they have my reccomandation for life and anyone i can send their way i will gladly do it! More

Jorrge Sepulveda was a great salesman--knowledgeable, available to our schedule, always helpful but never pushy. He worked for us. Duane Norman, the Sales Manager, was exceptional. Answered all our questions immediately, was especially good on vehicle options, explaining Ford financing and guiding us through the actual purchase process. He was thebest of the 5 or 6 Managers we delt with over our two weeks of shoping for a light truck. Mathew, a new employee was amazingly well versed on Ford products and especially good at filling in when others were temporarily busy with other customers or tasks. The whole Dealership was "First Class"! We look forward to a continuoing great service relationship as we enjoy our truck. We would recommend Kisselback Ford to anyone shoping for a new or used vehicle. More

I explained that I had been having a difficult time letting go of my current 2001 Mustang because it was such a good car over the course of the ten years I owned it. They were patient and respectful.
