I had a fantastic experience at Mazda Roseville. I was greeted right away by a friendly young salesperson, Duc Nguyen, who introduced himself and really took the time to understand my needs. He gave me a full demo of the various features of the Mazda 3, allowed me to test drive it, and really took the time to explain the differences in the trims. He was never pushy, always enthusiastic, and helped guide me towards a purchasing decision I felt comfortable with, along with a financing option that fit my budget. Jaik was very thorough in explaining the terms of the loan and the various warranty and servicing options available to me. He walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure I understood what I was signing during the process.
