There were a few items that needed to be done to the car I purchased, the service department has been very nice and helpful as well . There was no loaner car available but they were willing to give me a rental if one does not become available . Overall it was a great experience . However , I feel that the used sales office can improve on cleanliness and more refreshments for your clients . The wait can be long when purchasing a vehicle , they should have waters , sodas, coffees , snacks free of charge . The 3 times I was in there there , there were no cups for water and it appeared dirty , even in the bathroom . More

I'd been to dealerships all over Motor City and after being ignored, pressured, and disappointed, I arrived at Mike Shaw. Oz came out to meet me and greeted me right away. Helped me find the car I was looking for and made the buying process super easy and convienent. There were a couple minor things that needed touched up on the car and he set me up with Nick in the service department where everything was taken care of in a timely, professional manner. He maintained contact with me until he was sure that all the work was complete, which I greatly appreciated. Best car buying experience I've ever had. These guys are awesome! More
