“Made with spice & everything nice” is how I can describe Duke. Since I met him 3 years ago, leasing my first Mercedes as a young professional, he has been consistently meticulous, generous, and just all aro Duke. He assured I got the best fit car for the right price. Returning to finance my car with him was simple. Following a long clinic day as a doc in pandemonium, he accommodated my impossible schedule into his busy day, assisted in obtaining the best finance rate, and secured a fully optimized drive train when picking up my car. Worst dealership experience. They took a deposit by credit card to hold till next day and then sold it. Salesman obviously didn't place the hold. Told us they couldn't ship the car to NC, then said they could only by enclosed truck. Told them no, not paying 3,500 so ship open. Said no, then said yes. Then sold the car to someone else. Sales person clearly scrambling and had no clue about policies. GM told me to find somewhere else to buy a car like it was my fault. Rude and incompetent. Bruce More

I dealt with Duke Matlin. We had communicated via email about which vehicles in inventory I had an interest in. I got back to me within 2 hours. I set up my appointment for We had communicated via email about which vehicles in inventory I had an interest in. I got back to me within 2 hours. I set up my appointment for the next day. I was in and out with a new 2022 GLE 350 4matic within less than 2 hours. I test drove the vehicle. Duke showed me all of the new features. He ran interference for me on the vehicle loan. I signed all of the paperwork. We drove the new car to my house, and Duke set up all of the electronics. Seemless. This was the 11th vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. I have always been treated with the greatest respect, from either the sales department or the service department. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through Duke's assistance. I highly recommend this dealership for whatever needs one might have with Mercedes-Benz. More

worst car buying experience ever. Im in the car business so i know how things are supposed to be handled. first I flew in out of state to buy this vehicle which they charged 5k over MSRP which i paid only so i know how things are supposed to be handled. first I flew in out of state to buy this vehicle which they charged 5k over MSRP which i paid only because it was the only one out there and it was the car i wanted. they knew when i was going to be there, i had to take a taxi to the dealership, no offer to pick me up. Secondly with them knowing when i was going to be there the paper work still took for ever to get going. Third, this is my first mercedes and i didn't get explained how anything worked it took me 5 mins just to put the car into drive. fouth , as i was driving home we were trying to figure out things, we text the salesman to find out where the owners manual is, he laughed and said check the trunk it might be there. fifth i only got a 1 day permit to get home, it took almost a couple weeks to get my license plates, so if i didn't have a dealer plate i would have had this nice car sitting in my garage because i wasn't legal to drive it. I did get a call from the operations manager seeming concerned with how my experience was due to the bad survey from mercedes. he did help getting the plates handled quickly. after that i wanted to re finance my car and needed the invoice to do so, I called the operations manager thinking he would be the best to help, he said he would get that to me right away, never saw it. I tried calling him back with no response at all. after talking to several people with no help or call backs i had to go straight to the top manager unfortunately which i was able to get what was needed. im pretty sure who ever sees this post will know who i am. don't bother leaving me an email to respond back to you only blow smoke and nothing will be done to make this experience better More
