No did not enjoy my service at service department . The people were not nice and had bad attitudes. I was made very uncomfortable there. They told me that they could not repair the f 150 I got from people were not nice and had bad attitudes. I was made very uncomfortable there. I had to make a appointment to have a oil pressure sensor replace and the rattling noise they could not repair so I would have to just drive this truck with a rattling noise. So I am looking to trade this truck in the near future. More

My first experience with Ford service department was disappointing and I would be reluctant to go back in the future despite my warranty. I changed my date after receiving a call Friday that my appointm disappointing and I would be reluctant to go back in the future despite my warranty. I changed my date after receiving a call Friday that my appointment might take longer than needed so i should try to bring it in on a day i have early availability. I dropped my vehicle off before 830 as requested. The service assistant i approached pulled me up on the computer and his first response was my car isn’t under warranty so i would have to pay. He didn’t specify what services weren’t and i told him i did have a warranty. He told me i didn’t and moved on. I found his demeanor off putting. While waiting i went and talked to a finance personnel and he told me i had a premium warranty and politely printed it out. When i went back to talk to the service assistant, he was dismissive and said “yeah i know you have a premium warranty but it doesn’t cover everything” before walking off. I left my vehicle and after not hearing anything called around 5pm. I was told my battery needed charging and it would be 2hrs to do so and i would receive a call tomorrow. I was also told the sensors on my vehicle were fine but overly sensitive and that was normal. I came back at 8am the next morning. The same service assistant told me my car wasn’t ready. When i inquired about what needed to be done he said my sensors were being checked. I reminded him he told me that had been done and it was the battery. I asked about my oil change and brake check. He left to ask the mechanic. When he returned he told me the oil hadn’t been changed and the brakes i would have to deal with because it’s likely few causing rust and the brakes to squeak. I was very upset that nothing had been done on my car and i was given rationales that dew caused squeaking brakes and an overly sensitive sensors. When i inquired about cost after being told repeatedly i wasn’t under warranty, i was told i was only being charged for the oil change. I went to work and called the finance personnel who did my paperwork and he assured me i was under warranty for my issues except the battery and my oil changed was covered. He offered to go find and tell the service assistant. Shortly after the assistant called me and told me i needed a battery that would cost $225. When i told him i would buy it elsewhere he told me i would be charged $130 for the battery check unless i paid them. That was ridiculous especially since i haven’t owned this vehicle for 6months. I agreed and asked about the oil change and he said it would be $55. I told him the finance person said he would talk to him and he said “oh yeah it’s covered.” Later he called and told me i needed a new tire and it would cost $185. I told him no. My car wasn’t ready until the afternoon despite dropping it off early the day before. When i picked my car up i saw the battery only cost $132 and i was charged $45 to install it. I was highly agitated that i had to go back and forth about what was covered on my vehicle and having to deal with service assistant. I also still have a squeaky brake issue that’s not occurring due to dew. More

I have to say my experience at greenford was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car or any major purchase even a cell phone. Wiley was the salesman that i had been dealing with for weeks b experience that I have ever had buying a car or any major purchase even a cell phone. Wiley was the salesman that i had been dealing with for weeks before deciding what vehicle i actually wanted. There was no pressure, and at times before we went to.i look over the vehicles I was upfront and said I wasn't going to buy a vehicle today I only wanted to browse,I still didn't have that feeling that I was wasting his time, he showed me around gave me great information and was just so friendly I felt that I also met a friend.i absolutely love my new car and would highly recommend greenford for anyone's next purchase. And also I wasn't there all day.from the moment I walked on the lot, picked my car out, test drove it, signed all the paper work and drove off maybe three hours.
