Sold a car with four bad tires I just came here October 29 to buy a 2018 Elantra. On Halloween, I had to put air in all four tires, twice, on a dark, cold, wet, rainy night. Just over a week later, they wanted me to spend another $203.30 because they had sold me a car with tires too worn to drive safely. I was about to leave a 5-star review for how quick the process was, but now it feels like I am being scammed out of my money to be sold a car with such unsafe tires. It makes me worried what else is wrong with this car that they sold me if I can't even trust them to sell me tires that don't need to be immediately replaced? I tried to call them to give them a chance before leaving this review, but the person I need to talk to was never available and they never called back until after I showed that I wouldn't stop calling. I understand that tires are not covered under bump-to-bumper but I had just bought this car a little over a week before, and noted that all four tires were low and severely worn, so this means they sold it to me with bad tires, and that is unacceptable. People should be able to trust them to sell them a car that is safe to drive, tires included. I wanted to give them a chance to make this right and retain me as a customer, but from the way I was ignored, it feels like they do not care about me ever returning again. That's a shame because I was going to buy a second car after making a couple payments on this one.
