I was told this car came from the auction with only one key. This is a 2019 with less than 11,000 miles. One would expect a second key, let alone one would expect it to have been disclosed before we took possession. We were told by the sales rep he do what he can, but we may need to purchase one for around $300.00 . We have reached out to him there times, he was working on it. We are now not getting a response from him. We were also told we had a trial for Sirius radio for 90 days. It’s gone after two weeks. Feeling dissatisfied at this point. Joanne Williams More

He was very professional and really took the time to get to know my family and what we were looking for to fit our needs. He even helped us with our 10 yr old son who has type 1 diabetes... he was so nice to him and even bought him treats with his own money when his glucose got low. He was very friendly and not pushy. He let us take our time and was very patient with us. Full of smiles and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. Cameron is by far the BEST sales person we have ever had at any dealership! He set the bar so high that other dealers wouldn’t compare. Dustin bell was so so extremely nice and knew his stuff. He was very good at explaining everything to us and patient as well, not pushy. Overall we had an amazing experience at Green Ford. We feel like we got a great deal and got to work with great folks who also appreciate military families.
