Check engine light came on, scheduled an appointment. I was in and out within an hour. The shop technician ran a couple test and found out the was a small leak in the evaporator system. The n80 purge val I was in and out within an hour. The shop technician ran a couple test and found out the was a small leak in the evaporator system. The n80 purge valve was replaced along with a couple of the attached vacuum hoses. My Volkswagen Taos has ran perfect since, it's running better than the first day I bought it and I couldn't be more happy with my Taos. Big shout out to Volkswagen of North Tampa for doing the best for my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop! More

Dealership is fine, however if VW of North America orders a recall, I would expect they will rhe parts to take care of the recall. As it was, the service advisor did all the paperwork, I proceded to leave wh a recall, I would expect they will rhe parts to take care of the recall. As it was, the service advisor did all the paperwork, I proceded to leave when the advisor chased me down the parking lot to tell me, they did not have the part in stock and it would be a few days before they could take of it. My appointmentAt Volkswagen in Tampa, I was scheduled for 9am. They only saw me after 10am, they said it would be 45 minutes. But they only returned the car to me at 12:35pm and it was dirty. It's absurd, it's irresponsible with customers. Your customer service is terrible!!!!!! More
