First I was met by a sales analyst who tried to tell me
my insurance was expired, he went on to tell me that’s my car didn’t pass inspection because I needed tires, tried to sale me a battery when it’s not

I normally make an appointment when needing maintenance on my vehicle but this time I didn’t have any time to and decided to see if I could via walk-
I normally make an appointment when needing maintenance on my vehicle but this time I didn’t have any time to and decided to see if I could via walk-in. Management quickly greeted me with a smile and asked how they could service me and assigned a service advisor, Jarryd to me right away. I explained what I needed and he informed how long it would take and if any other issues were found I would be texted them and the process time of my vehicle as it’s being serviced. I truly like being able to see/know from point to point how my vehicle is being fixed from the seat of my chair in their waiting room. I did have one additional small issue that I was texted and it made it so easy to agree or disagree with fixing it, which I did. I was even discounted off of my service in addition to my points. I was in and out within minutes of the time frame I was told! I continue to have great and friendly service every time I come to Nissan.
