While I really like Lexus vehicles, I would not recommend ANY of the seven Lexus dealerships from which I have purchased vehicles during the past 20-years, including Price LeBlanc Lexus. For a luxury brand, ANY of the seven Lexus dealerships from which I have purchased vehicles during the past 20-years, including Price LeBlanc Lexus. For a luxury brand, the purchase experience is consistently underhanded and shady. And they will never do better (act less sleazy) until enough customers demand they act with even a minimal level of integrity. -- Certain "Factory Installed Options" are shoved down your throat. It is 100% disingenuous to label them as "options" when they are MANDATORY -- absolutely no way to "opt" out -- Similarly, "Port Installed Options" are NOT "options" at all when they are forced on a buyer. Although these junk, useless items are worse because they are ONLY added to goose dealer profit and there is no reason in the world I shouldn't be able to opt (get it "option") out of all weather floor mats and other useless items forced down my throat and disingenuously labeled "Port Installed OPTIONS." It is not like the inflated price floor mats are somehow permanently installed at the port. They are thrown in and the price is jacked up. Such a sleazy tactic and way beneath a world-class brand like Lexus. More

Price LeBlanc Lexus went above and beyond to locate the vehicle make and model I wanted. They put me in a loaner vehicle and delivered my new Lexus to me when it finally arrived. My existing lease with ano vehicle make and model I wanted. They put me in a loaner vehicle and delivered my new Lexus to me when it finally arrived. My existing lease with another dealership was up and they worked me. Great experience! More

They changed their sales practices. I always got $2,500 off the sticker price on new, custom-ordered cars AND Kelly Blue Book trade-in value on my trade-in. How much do they have to make on BOTH sides of the deal!!! More

Sales experience and customer service are good but the service department is borderline negligent and is going to cause a fatality at some point. The good: Very nice dealership. Sales people are very service department is borderline negligent and is going to cause a fatality at some point. The good: Very nice dealership. Sales people are very friendly and accommodating. Dustin Paddie was great to deal with. The neutral: According to the service records, Price Leblanc Lexus changed the oil on the car before putting it up for sale and did not tighten the drain bolt properly and did not use a crush washer on the drain bolt which caused an oil leak that could have caused engine damage. They did make things right and paid for me to have the oil changed and the car inspected for any issues at the Mazda dealer nearest me. The bad: According to the service records, Price Leblanc Lexus also changed the battery before putting the car up for sale. While I was driving, the positive battery terminal came off the battery post and caused the car to shut off. This could have been fatal if this happened in the middle of a curve. More
