Easiest Transaction EVER!! I found the Jeep I wanted on Car Gurus. I sent an email to Palmer DCJR asking if we could negotiate by email and what was the best price, after about I found the Jeep I wanted on Car Gurus. I sent an email to Palmer DCJR asking if we could negotiate by email and what was the best price, after about 4 email we had a deal!! I did have to travel 300 miles one way to take delivery. Palmer DCJR gave me such a great deal it was worth the drive! Once we arrived at the dealership everything was a breeze!! My Jeep was cleaned and ready for a test ride!! When we got back from the test drive the paperwork was ready for my signature and I was back on the road in about an hour!! I can't thank Dustin, Eric, Will and Chris enough for such a pleasant experience! I wish I was closer to use the Palmer Service center, but that would be a bit of a haul!! Thanks again Palmer DCJR!! I'll recommend you to all me friends!! More

Not a happy customer Salesman was great, very friendly. However 3 days after my purchase the check engine light came on, with a stored code for a number 6 injector failure Salesman was great, very friendly. However 3 days after my purchase the check engine light came on, with a stored code for a number 6 injector failure. Contacted Dan, he said take it to the nearest BMW and see what the problem was. Called him from the dealer told him the injector had to be replaced. He said he would talk to whoever, never got back with me while I waited at the dealer so I left the car for repairs. Fast forward to picking it up, never heard what to do so I paid the bill, over 900 dollars, and sent a copy of the bill. Then I was told by Dan that they wanted to see if it was something they could have fixed in house, which I had already told Dan they could not because BMW has to code the injector after installing. Two weeks later I get a check for 607 dollars. So I'm out 2 days off work to run to the dealer and over 3 hundred dollars. It could have been handled a lot of different ways, but I did exactly what was asked at a huge loss of time and money More
