Watch out ! For Hidden charges and bad financing terms Found my perfect jeep online. Lee , in the sales department did a good job with the negotiations of the sale. The finance department at best is shady with hidden charges, fees not on first bill of sale when negotiating and they offer bad financing rates and terms. When asking questions , DJ talks down to you as if your questions are not important. I have excellent credit , and requested Jeep/ Chrysler current financing, ( we currently have low interest rate Ford and Infiniti loans ) which they ignored ,never explaining why, and kept offering higher interest rate bank financing with crazy early pay off penalties. when I offered to get my own financing, they said they would raise the cost of the vehicle. A Sales manager, Dustin called me wanting to make the deal work, which I was excited about, but instead just tried to talk me into the accepting the current deal, totally ignoring my concerns. We ended up having to cancel a flight, hotel, etc after they had no interest in working out the finance side, so my red, soft top, rubicon unlimited search continues. More
