I appreciate them providing me a loaner but my vehicle has been with them for over a week. There has been little follow up and I suspect that my car is not be diagnosed properly and that they are just rep has been with them for over a week. There has been little follow up and I suspect that my car is not be diagnosed properly and that they are just replacing the fuel pump to appease me but that isn't the real issue. I bought a new Subaru for a piece of mind and it has left me stranded twice. I know that my car issue may be an anomaly but I am sure if you bought a brand new car you would not think that you would have these problems. I have not heard from the service department for over a week and they stated that the fuel pump they ordered would be in within 3-5 business days well its been 6 full business days and I still have not heard back from anyone letting me know when my car will be able to be picked up. There is damage to my car due to it being stalled and a police vehicle had to push me out of the way so I am waiting for my vehicle to be fixed so that I can get my vehicle to the body shop. Since my car was waiting for a part I asked Dustin Shepard to see if it could be taken to the body shop while it we waited but I never heard back from him. So when I finally pick up my vehicle I am going to have to take it to the body shop and be without it for a number of days as well when it could have been taken care of while it was just sitting waiting for a part. I feel that a lot of this frustration would have been overcome if there was more communication. I have emailed Dustin several times and he has responded a few times but never addressed the concern as to getting the vehicle picked up by the body shop as well as let me know if there was a delay in getting the part that was ordered. More

We live about 65 miles away but even though there are some service areas closer I only trust our car to Cory. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy so as long as we own our Subaru we will continue to go the extra miles and have it serviced in Peoria,. Thank you Cory. More

Caring support staff I got to be helped by a team of great people, including the female van driver! Luigi Bianco, Cory Fox, Brandon Lewandowski, Dustin Shepherd, Shawn Jor I got to be helped by a team of great people, including the female van driver! Luigi Bianco, Cory Fox, Brandon Lewandowski, Dustin Shepherd, Shawn Jordan, and Dan Halliburton took care of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I had my appointment and a kind phone call with Dan, after just having to cancel an appointment at another subaru dealer in the valley because they changed my appointment on me without notice, and didn't seem to care at all about my baby being busted. When I rolled up for service, I was met by Dan. His service was exceptional and very kind. I was asked immediately how I could be assisted and then they reassured me through the process. I explained to Dan that I was nervous about my car (and the bill afterwards.) Through a smile and soft voice, Dan reassured me that my car would be well taken care of and it was. I waited for 30 minutes and got picked up by a great lady van driver. I forget her name, but our conversation was great. (again, a first for me; and she picked me up too!) When I arrived back, I was met with a nice discount that Dan said he "found me on the website because it was better" than the one informed him about from the start. All in all, Great people. Amazing staff. My baby works like new, and I will be coming back! Thank you for wearing masks and doing your part to keep us all safe. :) More

When they're good, they're very good. My wife and I purchased our 1st Subaru, a 2015 Forester with 46,000 miles originally purchased and serviced from this dealership in January 2020. It h My wife and I purchased our 1st Subaru, a 2015 Forester with 46,000 miles originally purchased and serviced from this dealership in January 2020. It has been in for service 7 times since then. Repairs have been simple to very complicated: Turbo blew hose off, replaced/repaired followed by the Turbo having a catastrophic failure, Transmission leaking, had to remove it to repair it, then it was overfilled causing a slamming shifting problem, Windshield wiper reservoir sensor failed and entire unit required replacement. Car was returned with exterior door fascia unattached and a miracle it didn't blow off on the ride home. Car was returned with grease on the steering wheel. Car was returned dirtier (by far) than it was when we brought it in. Is it just the car we purchased? Bad luck? We have put more miles on the loaner carS from February to May than the car we purchased because it was in the service area so many times for so long .I can say that the service department is at best - inconsistent. Personnel and Management is always accommodating and seeking to please the customer. Major repairs seem to be all worked out - for now, But the errors and problems cause us to wonder: "is the car going to be OK today"? Will I return for service? - yes, they really try pretty hard to get it right, and until I can decide one way or the other they will be my Service Department. More

Service The service department is great, helpful, went the extra length when I had a problem with an aftermarket brake control device that wouldn't function. The service department is great, helpful, went the extra length when I had a problem with an aftermarket brake control device that wouldn't function. The service team did further analysis and discovered there was a DC pin contact that was not fully engaged in the connector, causing the problem. they corrected the situation and the device is now working correctly. Great job. More

Good service but schedueling was a nightmare. My service included the replacement of an outside mirror. The scheduler gave me a next day appointment but I questioned whether they had the parts. I was transferred to Parts who said they had the parts and scheduled me for the next day. They called me back 10 minutes later to say it would take a couple of days due to the need to paint and they told me they'd call me back in a few minutes to give me a date and time. After an hour I called back but was told that the body shop was busy and hadn't answered the question yet. 5 hours late I called the service manager. I received a timely return call and was give an appointment. The back and forth cost me most of a day sitting by the phone waiting for information. Once there the work was done well and quickly. More

Never again Was not informed that the dealership only did synthetic oil changes when making my appointment online and was definitely not informed that it would be Was not informed that the dealership only did synthetic oil changes when making my appointment online and was definitely not informed that it would be two times the price of a regular oil change. When it came to my actual appointment, it took two hours for my car to be serviced. Other dealerships would normally perform the same service and a car wash in 45 minutes. Overall I was not happy to spend almost $100 on an oil change that took so much of my time. I will not be returning. More
