I came in with a car in mind and with some 'must haves' for that vehicle and Dustin and Billy got me just what I was looking for. There was never any pressure. They listened to both what I wanted and what I needed in a car, as well as personal preferences, and also took into consideration my budgetary constraints. I was trading in my current Ford Focus and the process couldn't have been easier. While I was looking at and test driving the Escapes, they were getting me the trade in estimate. I was happily surprised when their trade in offer totally met my expectations of what I would be getting for trade in value. Lonnie in Finance went to bat for me as well and secured me some great lease terms. I still can't believe we got all of this accomplished over a long lunch hour and the whole process was a fun and pleasant experience. They gave me a great price right away, we did not have to play the typical games going back and forth negotiating. They did not even try to up sell me on the extras. I was in and out in 3 hours. I have bought many vehicles for my business through the years, this was my best experience. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend them. More
