It was like pulling teeth to get $200 off the price for a broken mirror. Agreed on a price on line. Once I arrived for a test drive we noticed that the passenger mirror was broken. Immediately no extra movement on price and refusal to fix. Was told at the price they were only making $200. Countered with a price $100 lower to cover the cost of the replacement. Salesman took the offer to the sales manager. I heard the manager loudly "we're giving the car away". We all know this isn't the case as that would be a bad business decision. I do not like be treated in this manner. We agreed on the updated price and we left with the car. We received a great deal on the car but be treated like a child was not professional at all. THIS is the reason people hate car shopping. More

We were very satisfied with our Byers buying experience. We arrived at the dealership late Friday evening with intent to check out the XC90 in person. Dante immediately greeted us and showed us a 2025 XC90 in the showroom. He then showed us the 2025.5 XC90 which had just arrived and did a thorough job explaining the updates that were made. After some consideration, we decided to buy the 2025.5. We had concerns that the sales price and trade allowance would make it difficult to finalize a deal. We were pleasantly surprised by the initial numbers and quickly came to an agreement on price. Our experience with Jordan in the finance office was similarly handled. He did a great job finding a bank with an acceptable finance rate and term, and then clearly presented all of our options for enhancement products. After agreeing to the structure, Jordan made the paperwork process smooth and quick. Overall, we were very happy with our buying experience and will recommend Byers Volvo to family and friends in the market for a similar vehicle. More

I was looking for a specific model of Volvo that was no longer in production. Unfortunately there are not many Volvos in my area and the ones that were for sale had issues. So after some searching I found longer in production. Unfortunately there are not many Volvos in my area and the ones that were for sale had issues. So after some searching I found out that the Volvo website had a list of all used Volvos for sale by Volvo dealers and decided to purchase one online from another state. I was a bit wary not being able to see the vehicle in person but after discussing it a bit I decided to go through with the purchase and delivery. The vehicle arrived in great condition and I am happy with how it turned out. There were two minor issues one was a bad battery which I was expecting and the other is some trouble with the fog lights but being an older car I had expected more trouble, the rest of the car seems to be in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this dealership. The company they had me do the shipping with did a great job too. More
