He was honest and truly careful in not up-selling us and in helping us to feel we had a vehicle that met all our requirements. He was even gracious when we had initially decided not to buy from this dealer as we thought we had found a better deal elsewhere (we later did return to this dealer for the final sale). Dustin has great communication skills and a good sense of humor. All the salesmen seem to work well together, and the teamwork approach was helpful also. Dustin was extremely professional and patient, and I'll definitely refer friends to him in the future. More
