I think they are improving in their customer service. They started putting my information in their system incorrectly last year and taking over a year and multiple visits to correct it ... today I felt a They started putting my information in their system incorrectly last year and taking over a year and multiple visits to correct it ... today I felt acknowledged and listened to though I'm a little old fashioned and as I was in the waiting room they could have come and discussed suggested service options with me in person ... these days there are too many apps and texting with no one to ask questions to it just wants you to click yes add more service and more money. Just my opinion. More
