We were a little hesitant when a large dealership took over that the personal service would not be there. We couldn't have been more wrong. Gene was very respectful of what we wanted, not only in a vehicle, but the payment we wanted, finding the Edge Titanium that was more in our price range and not trying to talk us into something more expensive meant a lot to us. We highly recommend Griffin Ford. More

Problems from the Start, but made a customer for life Came down to buy a truck, slow day on the lot, called ahead and the truck was waiting there for me to test drive. Able to negotiate a price that was fair for both parties quickly and then from there the process felt like it too for ever. The dealership missed some numbers on the final contract without either party noting till after the deal was done. My sales associate nailed it when it came to customer service, took care of me and the contract honoring what we signed without hesitation. This dealership truly knows what it means to go above and beyond to get a customer to leave happy. More
