I bought my car in Rochester Hills, but I prefer the service dept in Ann Arbor. My service advisor Dusty is always knowledgeable, communicative and transparent about the work my car needed without any h service dept in Ann Arbor. Absolutely no communication on the status of my car until I called 3 times at 2:45 PM from Dusty. When I did reach him he was beyond xxxxxx at me for my repeated calling. I read your ads on an old MacBook; only the left side of theses is visible in full screen mode. Dusty is a very kind and helpful representative to work with. He takes the time to explain the issues with my car and is quick to handle repairs in a timely fashion.
