I took my 750Li X in for service. Service was complete and there were a couple of non-warranty items I had questions on before I paid the invoice and picked up the car. I called for three days and left messages with the service department and even the service advisor. Still no call back. I do not recommend this dealership for service. As a customer who has to drive from out of town, we should be able to talk to someone about the service on the phone. I should not have to drive to the dealership to ask a question. More

When it comes to service this is not the place you want. The lack of courtesy, decency, and plain common integrity just doesn't exist here. The old saying is fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, well it's my fault for trusting and giving others the benefit of the doubt. This company sold me a "Company used car, with low very low miles >15k. I requested new tires before driving off, they gave me a set of 4 faulty defective tires. Needless to say, 8k miles later, I had another tire shop review a completely flat tire on my run flats, and was told they were all nearly defective. I told the salesman, Justin, who suggested to have my car towed there, but only to then be told, that the tire shop caused all of the defects and that none of it was their responsibility. The only solution was that I can buy 4 more new tires or just 1 as the other tires are visibly damaged. Wow, what great service to tell someone who just purchased, a 50k car from your dealership! I would say this company, these service guys, and in general does not know the meaning of true customer servicing. They only care when you're buying from them, not after you have purchased. Don't go here for service, and especially to purchase because when you really need their help, they will leave you hanging every time. According to Dusty, he discussed this issue with his manager as well. That should say a whole lot in itself. More

He remembers my car records even from the previous owner. I'd rate Dusty as my top 5% of all service reps that took care of my cars. I had experience with Toyota, Lexus, Honda in the area. Dusty by far is the most experienced. More

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this dealer if you want service after the sale. You go to service appt and advisors sit behind windowed offices and ignore you standing there for 15min. But the biggest is their unethical practices. I’m a repeat BMW owner and they’ve told me I need new rear inner break pads within 20K miles twice now and REFUSED to look at my past BMW break replacement records to prove this is NOT normal for me (my driving). First set they said “soft break pads” caused premature wear. Now it’s my “driving style.” Never looking to see WHY this is happening to a car under full warranty. They treated me (a woman) like I was an idiot. I left in tears (never let them see you cry) and the service mgr couldn’t be bothered to leave his office when I demanded the corporate number (which he gave to my advisor without questioning if there was a problem with a customer requesting it). GO TO ERHART IN FARMINGTON (they’re looking into fixing this issue of possible calipers sticking). Or go to BMW OF TOLEDO (best car prices), or BMW of OKEMOS. They’ll come get your car and leave a loaner for service. JUST DO NOT GO TO BMW OF A2. THEY ARE CROOKS. More

I wish there was a negative number for me to assign to him. My 2022 BMW was towed to this dealership. We called them many times, BMW of America contacted Mark Wade via email. He never responded to tell me what is wrong with my car or when it will be ready. We are the ones who had to call many times for one of them to call us back and of course it was never Mark. I talked to one of the emplyees there and I was told, Mark will call me back with some answers, of course he didn't. I have never had such a bad experice with a Service Department . Try your best to avoid them. I know I will. More

Dusty formally was a good service specialist to work with. However, something over time has happened to Dusty as he stopped returning phone calls when I had a simple inquiry for service and trying to c with. However, something over time has happened to Dusty as he stopped returning phone calls when I had a simple inquiry for service and trying to contact him over the last 1.5 weeks. I also have his direct cell number to contact him as well. This will no doubt end my relationship with BMW Ann Arbor. On the positive side, Carol has been the absolute best as she's been trying to help get Dusty to contact me. More
