I was very satisfied with the service that was provided by this dealership. i would have given them a 5 stars if the timeliness of completing the brake work was better. there are so many reasons now by this dealership. i would have given them a 5 stars if the timeliness of completing the brake work was better. there are so many reasons now a days for such delays (labor, etc) i gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was due for things outside of their control. I appreciated that Dusty was in contact with me throughout this time, so i was aware of this delay. He was good to work with and treated me well.. More

If you are ok with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and a liar. I had to hunt down the GM to get my car after 3 weeks. Found out my car was finished 6 days earlier. Not one call!!!! My car was disgusting dirty and smel to hunt down the GM to get my car after 3 weeks. Found out my car was finished 6 days earlier. Not one call!!!! My car was disgusting dirty and smelled of oil when I got it back. BMW you expect better this was my 2 nd bad experience with them. More

This is my second lease with the Ann Arbor team. I drive all the way from Detroit because from service to sales this team is unmatched. The streamlined process from driving to signing is quicker than any de all the way from Detroit because from service to sales this team is unmatched. The streamlined process from driving to signing is quicker than any dealership I’ve ever been to but most importantly; the way they have treatment me over these last three years has been the most caring I’ve ever seen. This is more than a sale for them but they’ve made this into an enjoyable experience with a relationship that will last a lifetime. We’re family now and I wouldn’t have it any other way! More

This dealership is a wonderful group of true auto enthusiasts - many build custom cars on the side and/or race their cars (BMW and non-BMW). This includes the sales people, the mechanics and the serv enthusiasts - many build custom cars on the side and/or race their cars (BMW and non-BMW). This includes the sales people, the mechanics and the service advisors. Recently my 2017 330i came off lease and I decided to buy it; they offered far better financing terms than what I could have found on my own or expected. I am stunned to see some of the bad reviews on this DealerRater site; it is not at all in line with their Google and Facebook reviews. I am sure that if you come in with enthusiasm that you will be treated in kind and in a friendly yet professional way. More

Excellent Service Regardless of the Isse I'm a difficult person to please but these guys always managed to send me on my way happy regardless of the situation. Most of the time it's an easy visit and Dusty always has time to personalize the visit by sharing a story or two before departing. This dealership cares We stopped in to BMW of Ann Arbor to get our car from the Service Department. Looking to get out of this car we were told that Mo Beidoun would be a great person to work with. Unfortunately this day was Mo's day off. A call was placed to Mo by the Service Department and within an hour Mo was there on his DAY OFF to meet with us. Mo is a great asset to BMW of Ann Arbor and expresses a genuine car and concern for the customer. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. I would definitely work with Mo if you get the chance. Not to say the other Sales Persons aren't good, but Mo is just this exceptional. Thank you Mo for being you and being Great! Part II of my review Service - Dusty Harrison When you purchase/lease your new/used/CPO BMW from BMW of Ann Arbor you MUST take it here and have your Service Manager be Dusty Harrison. I've been taking my BMW to Dusty for 5 years and he is always ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I've had. He has taken care of me and my wife on NUMEROUS times and to us, he walks on water. Dusty is a true professional who cares about his customers and strives to make them happy. The combination of Mo bringing in customers and Dusty keeping them coming back is a recipe for success. Dusty is literally the only reason we kept coming back. Again, not taking anything away from the other Service Managers, but Dusty is a 12 on a 10 point scale. If you don't believe me, give it a try. He won't disappoint you nor will the friendly staff (Carol Leisure and Poppi). Attention Mr. Wade - Your biggest asset is Mr. Dusty Harrison, please take care of him. More
