My family has been using Hayes for a really long time. I decided I wanted to trade my Journey in for a Rendevous (I had had one before). It was exactly what I wanted and I wanted it really bad. I found thi decided I wanted to trade my Journey in for a Rendevous (I had had one before). It was exactly what I wanted and I wanted it really bad. I found this SUV at another dealer in Atlanta. No matter what I did this company did not want to work with me as they did not want my Journey setting on there lot. This was a used Acura dealer. I tried everything. My sister kept saying to go to Hayes to see if they would help me. I did not call them but she did and to make a long story short Hayes got me this vehicle. They were wonderful in everyway. I have known for a long time that this is one company I trust with my car. Their service department is just as great. I will recommend them to anyone for any service. I came in to look at a used Charger RT. The salesman advised me that the vehicle I was inquiring about had been sold earlier that day. The salesman was able to locate a new perfect match Charger, at a s advised me that the vehicle I was inquiring about had been sold earlier that day. The salesman was able to locate a new perfect match Charger, at a sister dealer. The first offer they made me for an out the door price, with my trade in was ridicules. The salesman then asked me what I thought was a fair deal. A few minutes later, he told me that they could do the deal and they would have the new Charger in about two hours. I love the car. More
