The sales person I was working with checked in the day before the sale to ensure I was ready to trade in my car and purchase another car at the dealership. We agreed on a number for the trade in value and price of the purchase vehicle. When I showed up on the day, the sales person was not working. No big deal, life happens. However, they had no record of my call or appointment when I showed up after driving two hours. I would have expected some kind of hand off or note after I spoke with both sales and one of the finance managers. Fortunately, the other manager working that day took my word and accepted the deal as I stated we agreed on, and we got the deal done. The car itself looks like it had been vacuumed well, but needs an exterior detail. Looks like they just ran it through the automated car wash. More

Sales process from Duval was very easy especially being 3+ hours away from dealership. One of only two dealers we identified that would actually order the unique version Telluride we were looking for and 3+ hours away from dealership. One of only two dealers we identified that would actually order the unique version Telluride we were looking for and without the huge mark up dealers near us were charging. Offer for trade by Kevin was disappointing compared to other offers so we declined and were able to sell next day for $1000 over trade offer. Things went a little south at "closing with finance" with high pressure for extended warranty. we purchased it after much back and forth only to realize the next day that Finance Rep dropped price because he changed the deductible from $0 to $250 if work not completed at Sanford Brown Kia knowing we were far away and but didn't reference that during the pre signature process . After much back and forth and frustration gaining added detail on the extended warranty over the next week we cancelled. Ultimately receiving the cost back but not the sales tax. After doing much research with the State and locating the SB Kia Agent of record on business license the sales tax was credited back to us. So if local this would have been a non issue as our issue to cancel was the deductible needing to be paid to a local dealer. Initial title/tags/plate process must have initially fell thru the crack and was delated a bit. Caused some initial angst but processor was very accommodating sending extension registration and temp tags to meet our travel needs. So hats off to them for that. When permanent title/registration and plate arrived there was also a refund check for an overage we paid based on their initial cost estimate at time of sale. So again hats off to them for being honest and doing that. Small things good and bad. Temp tags on rear kept coming off during ride home. My wife was flagged down five times by drivers behind her saying plate was flapping. She ultimately secured it with dental floss she had in her purse. Next morning back at the house opened the hood and found the windshield washer fluid reservoir cap open and absolutely no fluid inside. Did make the trip for our first service. Service scheduler was very accommodating providing desired day and time. Added pre follow up reminders and easy checking, and timely service along with a wash and vac service which was appreciated. All in the vehicle buying process is usually nerve racking and pressing often not an enjoyable process without flaws. How an organization unscrews mess ups says a lot. I would have given a Five star to the Dealership as a whole but the extended warranty and sales tax issue made me drop the total score. More

Kia Manassas always provides me with exceptional service! I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Instead of waiting for my car in the dealership, I chose to go to the Manassas Mall to eat and shop. They I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
