The sales team and finance manager went above and beyond expectations to assist with the trade-in vehicle so that I could purchase my forever new 20 The sales team and finance manager went above and beyond expectations to assist with the trade-in vehicle so that I could purchase my forever new 2023 Kia Carnival. Originally, I had dealt with Duval but due to a family emergency he had to travel out of the country to Africa. However, his customer service representation went above and beyond to ensure that in his absence I would be treated as a customer to receive top rated attention to purchase my dream vehicle. The attention provided by Kevin Shin, General Manager to personally take time to find qualifying discounts to get me into the vehicle was nothing but a Miracle. Then for Yiehnew Tamiru, finance Manager, to work, put together and explain the sales contract in layman's term relating to financing and my monthly payments was unbelievable. The sales team Hari Darshan and Angel went above expectations to actually give a tutorial on setting up my contact information to operate the vehicle from my phone, to crank the vehicle using the key fob was enjoyable and they were such a pleasure to work with on Duval's absence. This is why I will be a repeat customer for life! More

Duval made the buying experience at Safford Brown Kia very enjoyable. My mom and I had visited another Kia dealership earlier in the day and were not thrilled with the level of customer service. Duval was up front and honest with all communications and stayed true to his word throughout the entire process. Overall, I think the entire process ended up feeling really rushed but in the end it all worke stayed true to his word throughout the entire process. Tamiru, in the finance office, was fantastic and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease. More

Overall, pretty good experience. Duval was great, very friendly, personable, and went out of his way to help me out. When it came to the Military Discount, Wais made it seem like Duval was great, very friendly, personable, and went out of his way to help me out. When it came to the Military Discount, Wais made it seem like my service in the National Guard was not applicable, even though I served 8.5 years, was honorably discharged (per Kia Website), and provided 3 documents and a veteran status Real ID drivers license to substantiate that. He said because I didn’t have a DD214 I wasn’t eligible. They quoted me with the military discount but never told me I required specific paper work. It was a bit demeaning. Also, if you’re going to have discussions like this, make sure they are out of earshot of customers. I heard a lot more conversations like this than I should have, as a customer. More
