Brake Service I was experiencing a vibration in the front end when I braked. After having my brakes evaluated, it was determined the pads were in good condition. I I was experiencing a vibration in the front end when I braked. After having my brakes evaluated, it was determined the pads were in good condition. I brought it to Denooyer and they determined it was the rotors. They didn't try to sell me anything additional, just machined the rotors and that was that. Very courteous and easy to talk too. Great experience. More

Service that cannot be beat Call for an appointment on Tuesday, appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Decide to bring the vehicle in and leave it on Tuesday so if they have Call for an appointment on Tuesday, appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Decide to bring the vehicle in and leave it on Tuesday so if they have the time they may get to it sooner. Dwayne , service tech, calls Tuesday with what the issue is with the vehicle and price, OK repair. Vehicle repair completed and returned by close of business Tuesday. You cannot beat that excellent service. More

Excellent service. I have never had a bad experience at DeNooyer. I use to have DePaula and went to your dealership when I felt overly pressured to buy a car and then th I have never had a bad experience at DeNooyer. I use to have DePaula and went to your dealership when I felt overly pressured to buy a car and then they didn't call me back. The one thing that wish bnb nyou offered was a free car wash like DePaula does. It's nothing fancy it's a quick wash I believe. Just the little things I miss and enjoyed. More

Loaner provided and extra effort made to complete the job despite the dreadful weather. No surprise charges and very flexible in terms of honoring the warranties I purchased during the sale from DeNooyer. Ryan R. extremely helpful, and led me by the hand through this unfamiliar initial servicing process. Great job guys! Uncommon, but as it should be when choosing dealer service centers! A+! More
