Buyer's remorse I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for many years. As you would imagine, I am used to a particular level of "customer service". I didn't like the SU I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for many years. As you would imagine, I am used to a particular level of "customer service". I didn't like the SUV that they had to offer so I looked at BMW. My trusted Mercedes sales lady, Melissa, recommended Jorge Bautista at BMW of Ramsey. A deal was negotiated over the phone and me and my wife made an hourlong drive to the dealership. After an additional downpayment of $1000.00 over the negotiated price, I felt a little BUYER'S REMORSE, but I liked the vehicle. My paperwork was handed to me in a regular envelope. There was an extra set of regular floor mats in the trunk. My "Genius" and I assumed that someone had mistakenly placed a regular set there instead of the rubber alternatives. I am on the hook for $950/month and couldn't get a 🤬 BMW hat as a gift so I drove home with the Mercedes one that I was wearing. 🤔Would I recommend friends and family to do business with your dealership? LOL 🤨 More
