Very misleading and deceitful. Tried to add a $1800 dealer package that is non-negotiable. Finance guy, Frank, was completely unprofessional and hostile. Agreed to price and financing, then changed eve dealer package that is non-negotiable. Finance guy, Frank, was completely unprofessional and hostile. Agreed to price and financing, then changed everything at the finance table. Buyers beware. More

I love the car I purchased and had a good experience with Dwight Cobb, but I was disappointed with the process. I didn’t like the fact that they added $1885 to the advertised sales price. Even with that I go Dwight Cobb, but I was disappointed with the process. I didn’t like the fact that they added $1885 to the advertised sales price. Even with that I got a good price but I would rather have just had the actual price be the advertised price. I feel that it was a deceptive way to get me in to the dealership. I was looking for a very specific car in only one color and I found it there. I bought it because it was exactly what I wanted for a fair price - but I almost walked away because of the added amount. It’s just so much better to be up front and honest with your customers. But all in all, I am happy with my purchase. More
