When I came for service service dept didn’t know parts were in. I was told to go parts dept. he took 20 minutes to check parts were in. Then I went back to service then see Diane to make appointment . I w were in. I was told to go parts dept. he took 20 minutes to check parts were in. Then I went back to service then see Diane to make appointment . I waited so long for parts. Then I found out they ordered wrong part , I waited more then 2 hours . Lamp was fixed now I have to wait right part come in, I believe this is terrible service . I never complain but this time I was really upset . GMC needs improvement.gor service and part dept. More

I was told that regular 15000 mile service on my car was going to be 450 with a discount and then I told service that there was a whistling sound in my car and it is still there with no feedback that they w going to be 450 with a discount and then I told service that there was a whistling sound in my car and it is still there with no feedback that they were not able to find anything or that they fixed something. Randolph dealership said service for 15000 is under 100. Very diappointing being that I have gotten my cars there for years. I do not know who is responsible- so I do not want to blame dwight specifically, but when we asked questions about the cost of service we were not given any options, and again, the sound was not tended to nor was it addressed being that it appears they could not find the problem. Definitely rethinking where I lease next time. More

I had an appointment for an oil change tire rotation on December 23, 2023. (advisor Dwight Phillips ) When I got the bill for my service it says I requested the premium General Motors service. I didn't req December 23, 2023. (advisor Dwight Phillips ) When I got the bill for my service it says I requested the premium General Motors service. I didn't request anything so when I tried to present a coupon for either the 79.95 or 89.95 service I was informed that that I got the premium service even though I did not request it and I wasn't informed that they were just going to give me the higher service that I probably didn't need and then I had to eat the bill for $133 when I probably could've been paying $85. So I'm really annoyed that you guys just charged me for the premium service without letting me see my options and I went into paying for my service blindly because I thought I was just getting a regular oil change tire rotation, so I think it's pretty screwed up on your service people to put on my bill that I requested the premium general motor service when I didn't I wasn't even given the option. I don't get understand what how you guys just charged me for the highest service without my consent. And even after I followed up with the service department a week later, I still have yet to hear back from anybody at performance Buick GMC. More
