They rushed me into buying the car and signing papers without explaining the rise in cost and at the end I never got a copy this one was the worse. Overall, fairly please with the dealership as a whole. Upside was what I felt was a good deal on new Tacoma. Downside was seemed a bit difficult to get in touch with people after the fact. Parts arrived in 2 days and I received email that they were in. Had a little issue getting in touch with salesman to figure out how to now get them installed(no callback after calling his Mobile#). Next day called dealership number and was able to get the salesman. Salesman told me who to get in touch with so called(on a Monday) and was told that person was on vacation all week and I would receive a call once he was back. I went to dealership to order a bedstep and while there, I questioned a service rep about getting the running boards installed and ended up with an appointment for the next day. Appointment worked great and they were installed in an hour. So high points=fair deal, quick install, and good parts guys. Low points=Getting in touch with salesman post-deal, some confusion within service reps, and coordination of post deal install could have been better. More
